Services

Tecnology Audio branding Product Managment

OMNIA OS responds to a specific operational need: managing how different hospitality spaces sound without relying on isolated decisions at each location. A lobby, spa or social area may require different moods, but the overall operation still needs to remain coordinated.

To address this, SOMA develops a player with three environments —ZEN, SOCIAL and ACTIVE— that can be switched according to the moment, while programming is managed centrally.

Each track can receive direct feedback, while the system records playback times, mood changes and usage patterns. Artificial intelligence interprets that information and turns it into reports that help the person responsible for the sound experience understand what is working and make better decisions about programming and curation.

Everything connects through an infrastructure capable of running multiple stations simultaneously and monitoring them from a central dashboard, bringing music curation, streaming, data and technology into a single tool.
